SHIPPING POLICY
Orders on memoire ship directly from the Memoire office in Southern Chicago.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $45 or more. Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days. Final delivery typically takes 1-7 business days after the order has been shipped. As soon as your order has been processed, we will send an email notification containing the carrier tracking number.
If you choose USPS First Class or Priority Mail as your shipping method, the 1-3 day arrival window begins AFTER the order has been processed and fulfilled. This means that packages may take longer to arrive than expected, depending on processing times.
For international orders, we are unable guarantee tracking or final delivery of your order. Please note that international orders may have additional duty or customs charges added to shipping fees. For international orders and returns, we are unable to refund duty, customs or additional shipping fees.
COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE: Due to the recent pandemic, we have noticed a number of packages arriving later than expected when using our free shipping option. In these cases, packages would usually end up arriving 3-4 business days after the stated arrival date. Because of this trend, we recommend allowing at least 3 business days for the package to arrive, and if the package still does not arrive, please reach out to us at info@memiore.shop.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are so convinced you will be amazed by your results, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly from lemieuxskincare.com.* If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping fees).
To return your product purchased from lemieuxskincare.com:
1. Please email us at info@memiore.shop. Please be sure to include the order number and the reason for return.
2. You will receive an email with a shipping label to be used for the return.
3. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed. A credit should appear on your bank statement within 2 full billing cycles.
4. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Please note that merchandise not purchased directly from lemieuxskincare.com is not eligible for a refund and should be returned to the original place of purchase.
